Join Risen in the fight for women and children who have been affected by GBV in our communities.
As we join hands with CRC as we actively uplift women and children affected by gender-based violence in our communities. Together, let’s make a real impact, forging a safer and more secure environment for those who need it the most.
In 2024
In 2024 CRC ran a campaign called BEAUTY FOR ASHES in which safe houses, support groups and vital items are supplied to women and children who have been affected by GBV.
As part of our campaign, we revamped 60 VICTIM FRIENDLY rooms in 32 facilities nationally! We’ve also distributed over 11 800 CRC Care crates.
In December 2024, CRC ran A CHILD IN SPORT Campaign, where children can play sports with professional athletes and a receive free meal for Christmas.
