When a purchase has been made you will receive an email with your order number.
Unfortunately no, an order cannot be changed once processed. Please review our return and exchange policy to log an exchange here.
Multiple options are payments are available at checkout for your convenience. We uses Payfast and Ikhokha as our payment merchants. Ikhokha provides Card payments and Instant EFT. Payfast offers a variety of different payment options such as Zapper, Scan to Pay, Samsung Pay, Apple Pay, Capitec Pay and Mobicred to name a few.
We also have the option for payment at collection for local pick-ups only!
Yes, online payments are 100% safe. All payments are processed by Payfast and Yoco, two of the most well-known merchants in South Africa.
At checkout, a coupon code can be entered to activate your discount.
Shipping
Yes, all orders over R1250 qualify for free shipping. This will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Yes, you can track your order through Risen. Log into your account here.
Once logged into click on the 'orders' tap to track your order.
Delivery times:
- Local = 1 to 4 business days
- National = 2 to 5 days
If orders are placed over the weekend they will be processed and sent out for delivery on Monday.
Please take note that certain circumstances such as outlying areas and deliveries during the festive season can be delayed.
Yes! You can pick up your order from Durbanville, Cape Town. We do not have a shop so all orders need to be performed through our website. Payment is allowed at pickup!
